Reply Nov 18 2014 Chloe11383 I just had to accept and confess to myself that my addiction to sweets/carbs is out of my control and I need a plan to assist me with curbing it. It was getting to the point where I was starting to feel helpless and then I saw this plan. I will try it one day at a time and see if it helps to curb my weakness for sweetness. Thanks for giving us a step by step, day by day solution. We’ll see, hopefully in a month I can walk past a bag of gummie bears ( one of my favs) and not flinch. Wish me GOD speed. Reply Nov 18 2014 Chloe11383 If I successfully complete this plan next challenge is getting my toddler daughter who has inherited my sweet gene off sweets/carbs Reply Nov 19 2014 Raisa Cavalcante Hello Chloe, thank you for sharing with us.
