Reply Nov 18 2014 Chloe11383 I just had to accept and confess to myself that my addiction to sweets/carbs is out of my control and I need a plan to assist me with curbing it. It was getting to the point where I was starting to feel helpless and then I saw this plan. I will try it one day at a time and see if it helps to curb my weakness for sweetness.
