Of course, Joan! We at PureFormulas are always looking for ways to help people improve their health and wellness.
Honestly, more people need to be aware of sugar addiction, which is why everyone on the PureFormulas team is so proud to present the Sugar Crush Challenge. Be sure to check back with our blog everyday this month as we all try and reduce the control sugar has on our diets.
Honestly, we’re all about spreading the word on all things health and wellness. And these days, over-consumption of sugar has become so rampant, we just had to do something. So there’s no need to thank us. In fact, we’d like to thank you for being health savvy and checking out PureFormulas’ Sugar Crush Challenge! 🙂
Hello Sally, thank you for your comment and for following our Sugar Crush Challenge. Stay tuned because we still have a lot of neat things coming your way 🙂
Hello, thanks for sharing with us! We decided to create this challenge to provide as many tools as we could to help bring down added sugar numbers. We are happy to have you on the Sugar Crush Team and hope that these 30 days of tips help!
Hello Abi! The Challenge was live from October 1st-October 30th. However, all of the posts are available in the blog, simply click on the days of the calendar 🙂 Good luck and welcome to the Sugar Crush Team!
I just had to accept and confess to myself that my addiction to sweets/carbs is out of my control and I need a plan to assist me with curbing it. It was getting to the point where I was starting to feel helpless and then I saw this plan. I will try it one day at a time and see if it helps to curb my weakness for sweetness. Thanks for giving us a step by step, day by day solution. We’ll see, hopefully in a month I can walk past a bag of gummie bears ( one of my favs) and not flinch. Wish me GOD speed.

I gave up sugar a couple of months ago and it was the best thing. I wish I could have done this years ago.
Congrats on dropping sugar, Genevieve! You’re already ahead of the Sugar Crush curb!
And it really is true, though. Few things feel as good as eating healthy 🙂
How do you accept the challenge?
