Berry Matcha Granola

Getting the right snacks for work is important for me. I eat breakfast very early, so before my lunch time comes, I’m hungry and need something to munch on. It’s really easy to get tempted and just grab junk food on my way to the office.

I’ve always loved granola and thought it would be easy to make. I was completely right. It was not just simple, but fun! You can do so many different variations. Your options are limitless. If you have kids, involve them in the process. They’ll enjoy it — while getting the nutrients they need in a cool snack.

This granola recipe is filled with nuts, seeds, dried berries, and matcha. You’re not only getting a burst of flavor with each bite, but also a good amount of fiber and antioxidants.
