Superfoods You Don’t Want to Miss

I believe that all fresh foods found in nature should earn the title of “super.” If you think about it, each one has its combination of wonderful nutrients that nourish and do wonders for your body. But it’s also hard to deny that it’s fun to explore new foods and their benefits. That’s why I like to keep an eye on trending superfoods. It’s a great way to keep me in the know about something that I absolutely must try.



Moringa is a plant typically found in India that contains nutrients like vitamins A, C, and E, as well as minerals like calcium and potassium. It’s also a source of protein and contains powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Because of this, Moringa can support brain, heart, and liver health. The best part is that you can enjoy all these benefits by simply adding a little Moringa to your favorite smoothies, yogurt, and beverages to give your body that extra daily boost!

Cacao Nibs

We know by now that dark chocolate can provide delicious and incredible benefits. But imagine if you could get even more out of your chocolate in a raw and less processed way? And to finalize the list of superfoods, my absolute favorite thing to have in my kitchen cabinet is Manuka honey. This type of honey is quite different from your regular honey. It gives the immune system a nice boost and also supports skin healing from mild burns, wounds, and even acne.
