Gluten-Free Maple Bread

I love bread, but I know I can’t enjoy it the way I used to. Although I don’t have Celiac disease, I do have a gluten sensitivity. Not only do I get bloated, but you can see the side effects when it comes to my skin and overall energy levels. This is why whenever I find a gluten-free recipe, I jump right on it.

This Gluten-Free Maple Bread recipe is perfect for breakfast or a snack. I love it enough to just eat it alone or with my favorite nut butter or healthy topping.
