A Perfect Cup of Tea
Drinking tea has always been a post-dinner favorite for me and my family. My sister would always bring out a huge box of assorted teas and we’d take our time picking and choosing. When I found out that January was national hot tea month, I knew right away that I wanted to write about by favorite topic. I can celebrate tea any day of the month, but in January it’s extra special. With cold weather approaching, the cold and flu season is at its peak. Like a chicken noodle soup, tea is always my solution when I feel a bit stuffy.
The beautiful thing about teas is that there are many different varieties. From your traditional black tea, to green teas, Matcha green teas, herbal teas, Hibiscus teas, and the list goes on.
