Honey Maca Cashew Overnight Oats

Honey and nuts go so well together for me. This is why I thought it would be genius to combine these flavors with some oats. You may have or may not have heard of maca before. I’m just now starting to become familiar with it. It does have a nutty flavor, which is great, but it may also have many health benefits too.

Maca is believed to possibly help give you an energy boost, balance your hormones, and improve your memory. So add this to all the benefits cashews, honey, and oats also provide, and you have a complete balanced meal in the morning.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup of organic rolled oats
• ¾ cup of almond or cashew milk
• 2 tbsp. organic raw cashews (save a few for topping)
• ½ tbsp. raw maca powder
• 1 tbsp. raw and unfiltered honey
• 2 tsp. granola
 
Directions:

• In a mason jar or container, pour all ingredients (except granola) and mix well.
• Cover container or jar and refrigerate overnight.
• Top with granola and cashews right before eating.
• Enjoy!
