Chia-Hemp Berry Overnight Oats

We’ve all heard the benefits of seeds like chia and hemp. I love including them in my meals because of the protein and healthy fats they provide. I eat them with both sweet and savory dishes. So it made sense to add them to my oats as well.

The chia and hemp seeds mixed with the antioxidants of blueberries and goji berries will give you a great start to your day. You can also top with fresh berries for more flavor and of course more benefits.

Ingredients:

• ½ cup of organic rolled oats
• ¾ cup of almond or cashew milk
• 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
• 1 tbsp. of hemp seeds
• 1 tbsp. of dried blueberries
• 2 tsp. of goji berries
• 2 tsp. of raw organic agave
• Handful of berries to top (Optional)
 
Directions:

• In a mason jar or container, pour all ingredients (except fresh berries) and mix well.
• Cover container or jar and refrigerate overnight.
• Top with fresh berries before eating.
• Enjoy!
