Welcome to PureFormulas’ Superfood Cooking Challenge, where we challenge you to start your year on the right foot and cook your way to a healthy new you! Most people see January as the month to start the new diet… We say throw the new diet out the window and become familiarized with your kitchen and superfoods!

We invite you to join us in our one of a kind New Year’s challenge. Not to provide you with the miracle diet or workout but instead use one key factor to enter this next year in style and be ready for a healthy new you. We say throw the “new diet” out the window and join us in our Superfood Cooking Challenge. We will provide you with deliciously healthy recipes from Monday to Friday for 2 weeks to get you started! Oh yes, did we mention that all the recipes have at least one superfood?

Although we are keeping our menu a secret for the moment, a recipe will be revealed daily as the challenge starts and we are providing you with the “Week 1 Shopping List” to make sure that you have everything you need to get started (Print List Here).

Lastly, most of the recipes are made to serve 4 so make sure to take that into consideration when purchasing the ingredients.
