5 Tips to Becoming a Sugar Wiz!


Welcome to Day #30 PureFormulas’ Sugar Crush Challenge: 30 days of tips, recipes, and tools to help you cut down on sugar and crush those cravings!

You are almost done with the Sugar Crush Challenge and we at PureFormulas could not be more proud of you!

Before you finish and become a sugar wiz, we have a few last tips before sending you on your way…

Tip 1: Be savvy

Save your daily sugar quota for when you want to enjoy dessert instead of wasting your sugar points on other sneaky sugar sources.

Tip 2: Be healthy

Always remember to do this for the right reasons. This is not the “diet of the moment.” the objective should not be to lose weight but to be healthier.

Tip 3: Be patient

Your taste buds will adjust to less sugar, so don’t give up on them!

Tip 4: Be positive

There will be days when you won’t do as well as you’d have wanted. There is no failing though. You are always a winner just for wanting to take care of your health.

Tip 5: Be forgiving

If one day you overindulge, it’s OK! Forgive yourself – tomorrow is a new day!
