Yoga, whether in gyms or free classes outdoors, is everywhere nowadays.
More and more we read about all the benefits that can come from practicing yoga.
Other than being a great way to workout and help reduce stress and anxiety, yoga can also help bring clarity, whether in work related issues or personal ones. It brings awareness not only to the body but helps clear the mind.
Yet sometimes it seems like there are a million obstacles between us knowing the benefits and actually incorporating yoga into our routine.
Will my friends laugh at me?… I can’t touch my toes, much less do yoga…I will never be able to do that position…I bet I look so silly…I don’t have time…I don’t know where to start.
